 Sending picture messages - before you start!

 
Question 1 - Does your phone have a camera? 
 
þ - yes! You can take pictures to send. Move on to the next question…
 
ý - no camera? Sorry! You will not be able to take and send picture messages
 
Question 2 - Does your contract let you send picture messages? (Some contracts and some operators do not allow picture messages so you do need to check)
 
þ - yes! You can send the pictures you take. Move on to the next question…
 
ý - no? Sorry! You will not be able to take and send picture messages
 
Question 3 - Have you sent pictures from your phone recently and, if so, were they received ok?
 
þ - yes! You can send the pictures you take.
 
ý - no? You will need to check your phone’s settings. Go to the next question…
 
Question 4 - Are you using the original phone and SIM combination (or an updated SIM supplied by your Network Operator) supplied with your contract?
 
þ - yes! You can use your Network Operator’s settings download page – follow the link to the Network Page on this website, Select your Network Operator from the drop-down list, click on ‘select’ and follow the instructions on your home network’s settings page.
 
ý - no? You will need to obtain your phone’s settings. Go to the Handsets Page on this website, select your phone manufacturer from the drop down list, click the ‘select’ button to see if there is a link to the manufacturer and follow the instructions there.
 
Manufacturer information not provided? Then go to the Reseller page, select your reseller and follow their instructions or go to our DIY page to enter the information manually - or visit your local network / phone supplier shop to get help.
